RMNDR

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

RMNDR is a reminders app. We built it to hold as little of your information as possible. This page explains, in plain language, what the app collects and why.

Using RMNDR without an account

You don't need an account for the core app. Your reminders, to-do list, and settings are stored on your device. Notifications are scheduled locally by iOS.

If you create an account

Signing in (with your email, Apple, or Google) turns on syncing and sharing. We then store:

Our backend runs on Supabase; data is stored encrypted at rest.

AI features (Premium)

If you use AI capture, the night briefing, or email capture, the text involved (your brain-dump, your upcoming reminders, or the email you forwarded) is sent to our server and processed by Anthropic's Claude to produce the result. It is used only to generate your reminders or briefing — not to train AI models — and we don't keep the text after the request finishes.

Purchases

RMNDR Premium is billed by Apple. We never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to check subscription status; it receives an anonymous purchase record from Apple, not your identity.

What we don't do

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. To delete your account and all synced data, email rmndrssupport@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and we'll erase it.

Children

RMNDR isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
